My first time in any of these stores, was the one in Terrell. Immediately I was asked if I need help by the gal in the deli. Thanks! Got what I needed, then at the self checkout, a young person offered help for savings without hesitation. Even some of the customers were receptive and polite. (Eye contact and greetings, pardons, etc). Live the smaller store feel, less crowded. I especially love the mini shopping cart option for less items. And to cap it off, when I was returning the little cart, the cart employee bid me a good day as he took the cart from me. This kind of culture needs to be in all markets. Glad I stopped in.

Simple store.Has everything I need. Not over crowded. Employees are polite and friendly. I feel at home shopping here.

Good neighborhood store. Prices are better or at the same price as Walmart. They have GREAT sales alot. I live the 10 for $10 and buy one get one for a penny. The logo sale is great especially when it involves things like toilet paper , paper towels, cleaner, food, etc. Live the logo on the more expensive items it really saves and helps.

I placed an order for pickup and added a last minute item. It was a fresh Bud vase arrangement for 17.99. I feel like it was beautifully put together and it was a nice little gift to give my sister-in-law after her delivery. Service was quick and easy to communicate any changes or substitutions. Brookshires has good sales and it’s easy to shop online and stop by to pick up your order.

Best Deli Cheese selection around town. THE NEW BABYBEL MONTEREY JACK 12ct has arrived. Go get some 🧀 YUMMIEST. Best- Deli Manager and Crew, and Best Babybel, Laughing cow, Boursin, Kaukauna, and Prices pimento Cheese selections yummiest! This location has one of the best cheese selections!! YUM! The Laughing Cow of Texas has made an appearance at this cheesy 🧀 location. ❤️❤️💛🧀💛🧀💛🧀💛❤️❤️

Oh, I absolutely love Brookshire’s Grocery Store. My first ex-wife, her father Sandy Sims was the general manager of construction company for this store so needless to say I did a lot of shopping at Brookshire’s. They have good meats and good vegetables and a variety of everything you possibly would want or need all the employees are really good people very friendly very helpful if you need them.

Clean place, no self checkouts, nice variety of bread, organic produce, they also have a deli..we was out of there in 3 minutes, the line wasn't long and the cashier man was friendly, I would definitely say that is on eof rhe best Brookshire's I had around the cornto my house 😉😊 …

I love this store. It's never a mad house like Walmart and they always have what I need. Customer service is always friendly, very nice fresh fruits and veggies and a nice meat section. I had gone to a few stores looking for Ozarka water bottles and this was the only store that had a fully stocked water section. Store is always clean and I order. I know I can come here to get what I need quickly and get out quickly. Keep up the great work.

Great service. After the ice storm started to wind down we went to get groceries last night they were out of the staple items we didn't know until we were leaving that they had a truck there they were about to unload. I wish we had known we could have bought a couple of items that we needed before leaving so we don't have to make a second trip in the ice. Anyhow we like brookshire's they do a good job they have great customer service.

Jeremy Wendt!!! Now that’s a MANAGER. Whoever hired this young man is smart, and he needs to be in charge of hiring for every store in the East Texas area. Problem solver right here !!! I watched Jeremy jump out from behind the glass and remedy three different self checkout customers that were stuck. AND THEN he ran outside and brought in 15 empty carts! I’m a small business owner. You better watch out because someone’s gonna pay this young man what he’s worth and it should be you, Brookshires’ manager!! I hope you already are. Tallent costs money and he has it by the bushel!
